Hey, I’m Wes.

I’m a multidisciplinary designer with over 10 years of design agency experience. I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients across various industries. I’ve collaborated with Nike, Google X, Yakima, Leatherman, Sea-to Summit, Igloo Coolers, applying human-centered design principles and research methodologies to projects in product design, experience design, and product strategy.

I believe in the power of play within the design process and that the best designs arise from team alignment, clear constraints, and close collaboration.

I’m proud to share my approach, process, and a few projects with you.

The projects that follow are a result of my design leadership and guidance, along with the collaborative efforts from talented team at Evolve.
